In-person sessions take place in an office located at 915 Grosvenor Ave., unit #304, in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

ACCESS: The office is located in the Galleria building at 915 Grosvenor Ave. Please follow the front stairs entry by Yoga Centre Winnipeg. Take interior stairs to 2nd level to access unit 304. Please note that this unit only has stair-access.

WAITING AREA: At the top of the stairs, prior to entering the 2nd floor, you will find bench seating where you can wait for me to bring you into the office at the time of your session.

The location is conveniently located near neighbourhoods including River Heights, Grant Park, Osborne Villiage and Tuxedo.

The office is closely located to a bus stop and there is generally ample street parking on nearby roads.

Standard 50-minute sessions are priced at $125 per session.

Although I don’t provide direct billing, as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), many insurance companies reimburse my clients for our sessions.

You will receive a receipt for our session after payment, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. I encourage you to verify with your insurance provider whether your plan includes coverage for therapy or counselling services.
