In-person sessions take place in one of the lovely rooms at Safe Harbour Therapy Centre, located in a scenic neighbourhood at 161 Stafford Street, Unit #1 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The location is conveniently located near neighbourhoods including River Heights, Grant Park, Osborne Villiage and Tuxedo.

Safe Harbour Therapy Centre is closely located to a bus stop and there is generally ample street parking on nearby roads.

Standard 50-minute sessions are priced at $125 per session.

Although I don’t provide direct billing, as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), many insurance companies reimburse my clients for our sessions.

You will receive a receipt for our session after payment, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. I encourage you to verify with your insurance provider whether your plan includes coverage for therapy or counselling services.
